This refers to items within the building which can be claimed at accelerated rates of depreciation as set out by the ATO. This includes items such as carpet, appliances, air conditioning, curtains and blinds and hot water systems to name a few.

Immediate deductions are claimable for items costing less than $300 and items valued between $301 and $1,000 are combined in a Low Value Pool and depreciated at 18.75% for the first year and 37.5% for each year after that.
